Chris has 35 years of healthcare and benefits experience, with over 25 of those years in operational leadership roles in Fortune 500 companies. His background in the field includes strategic planning and execution with the development of comprehensive technology and consulting solution suites to drive return on investment and customer success.
He has previously worked for leading healthcare companies such as GE Healthcare, McKesson, Welltok, Premier, and Vitals, amongst others. Chris is focused on delivering products with enhanced speed, adherence to compliance and providing innovative solutions that result in higher customer satisfaction.
Peter Kapoor
Executive Director of Commercial Operations
Peter is a seasoned commercial and operations executive who has a proven track record of increasing revenue, profitability, and market share for Fortune 500 companies, globally. He previously held leadership roles as a vice president with American Express International, Payment business across Asia and the US. Peter has a history of accelerating brand growth, cultivating and developing new markets, having established several successful ventures ranging from luxury lifestyle, innovative payment, and e-commerce solutions across Asia, Pacific and Australia.
Peter has been instrumental in the design and execution of the restructuring efforts at CHS. These changes have allowed CHS to see a 300% increase in our delivery capacity, along with improved client satisfaction. Peter is uniquely qualified to lead Commercial Initiatives and support both Development and Go to go-to-market strategy. His additional experience with implementing IT solutions is instrumental to lead world-class delivery and support for clients.
Mariam Cather

Mariam has worked in healthcare technology for the past 15 years. Her experience includes working for a hospital systems vendor and a management consulting firm. In her previous position she reported to the CIO and CMIO of the largest municipal healthcare system in the country, coordinating large scale clinical information systems projects.
She has extensive experience in vendor management, designing and coordinating large scale healthcare information systems projects, HIPAA (both on the transaction and privacy side), and evaluating healthcare process flow in administrative, financial, and clinical areas with respect to the implementation of technology. Mariam holds a Masters in Science in Health Policy & Management from the Harvard School of Public Health.

Currently CTO/CIO of Comprehensive Healthcare Systems, managing the entire Product/Platform needs and also managing the Security compliance across the whole platform. The focus is to innovate continuously for a smart, secure, and reliable platform in health plans.
As the Head and Vice President of Healthcare & Lifescience business at Wipro Technologies, she has worked with all the leading providers and Payors across the US, UK, and India. She is a Gold Medallist in MTech (Automation and Control) degree from the Indian Institute of Science and also holds an MBA degree from IIM Bangalore.

With more than two decades of experience in the U.S. healthcare sector, he has expertise in Clearinghouse operations, HIPAA EDI transactions, and healthcare benefits administration systems. His background spans product management, software implementation, and digital transformation.
In his current role, Sankar leads product strategy, innovation, and delivery, ensuring alignment between technology initiatives and business objectives. He focuses on building effective teams, streamlining processes, and driving operational excellence to deliver consistent client value. Alex has been with Comprehensive since 2017 serving as the head of sales for the company after having run sales in South America for the largest event production company in the world. He has a Bachelors in Finance from Northeastern University, a Masters in Tourism from the George Washington University and an MBA from the University of Pompea Fabra in Barcelona, Spain. He is fluent in both Spanish and Portuguese.
